Put a $20 bill in the change machine and got 3 quarters back. The ONLY number is one that NO ONE answers and is a voicemail that just tells you to leave your name and ADDRESS and they'll "refund your money as soon as possible".
Worst!! I mean WORST car was you can ever use!!!!! At the valley center Kansas location their has been multiple time were I swipe my card would should be $2 for 3 minutes and it charges me $10!! Please people do not use this car was it is trash!! And another thing is that there water is so dirt, they say the filtrat it but they don't! They will scam you for your money!!!
Have tried using their car wash three different occasions using my credit card never have gotten refunds when you call the mailbox is totally full and you can't leave any messages. Have had nothing but troubles from this car wash ever since coach light took over ownership of it.
THAT DOESNT HELP ME NOW. I put my last $20 in there and now I'm just out that because they don't know how to run a business? Swell. This was in Herington, KS, by the way. The car wash itself is always clean and looks maintained. SOMEONE has to do that locally, perhaps they should have that persons number on there also. Either way, this is a HUGE inconvenience and really poor customer service.
Automatic car was damaged my car. Spindle broke on my bumper pulling it almost off. Then scratched the entire side of my vehicle. Nobody answered phone calls. Nobody called back. Thank God I have excellent insurance and they are going after them and taking care of this for me.
I stopped at the Coach Lite car wash in Lyons Kansas put 10 minutes on the clock. Before I knew it the pump had stopped. So I put another 6 minutes on the clock and started my stop watch. I finished washing and rinsed the car off . The pump stopped. I looked at my stop watch and it had 3 minutes on it. You do the math. I'll never wash another vehicle there again.
