She called them and was waiting on the line, so she told me that she would take care of it, and would call me when she has it figured out.
I gave them my insurance and paid $200 or $300 that day. then I get a letter stating "no insurance on file" with a bill for $820(but if I paid in the next month only seven hundred something) on top of the $200-$300 I already gave them, FOR TWO STITCHES!
Wanted to rate them 0 stars. This is by far the worse hospital I’ve been to, the staff have no idea what they’re doing it’s plain & clear. This is just crazy
So I forget about it and never got a call back. A year later I get a bill for $856.21
The lady says that they apparently had already taken a photo of my insurance card but they forgot to put it in the system, and the whole billing thing is done somewhere else and had already been sent.
$820 +36.21 for late charges...
The wound care is the greatest people I ever have known from the doctor to all of the nurses and the gal that has been in there I met. Like them all miss tressa tho
I went in after splitting the skin along my eyes socket in a soccer accident. I ask, but they wouldn't tell me how much it would be. So I figured maybe $200-$400 for stitches.
Over $1,000 for maybe 10-20min of someones time to put two stitches in. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!
So I go in on my lunch break and give them my insurance card again, and try to figure out how much I really owe.
Beware Beware Beware!!!!!! That's all I can say about this hospital. They charged me thousands of dollars for faulty test results and a stay in the hospital then refused to even write off any of the bill including the faulty test. The said they went above and beyond for me, and that I wasn't seeing the big picture. Yea I saw it and was forced to file bankrupcy with this hospital being the only negative on my credit. I will die before going to this place again.
I was there for my daughter in the birthing center. Everyone was exceptional !!! They are all very professional and have exceptional patient care skills. In fact every employee I met in every area were nice and helpful.
