We have adopted from here and always buy our pet snake's supplies here, as well. Nisha/Neisha was an absolute life saver. I can't go into detail, especially with limited space here, but, she knows why she rocks! (Wink, wink!) I like that they wear aprons; adds a professional touch and makes it easy to spot employees.

Very knowledgeable staff. Friendly and helpful. Store is very clean and well stocked. I needed help getting a flea infestation under control, and Joe pointed me to a natural spray product that after a few applications got the majority of the pests killed and also prevented new hatchings. Jen informed me about price matching and I was able to save at the online price. I like being able to save and use a local store!
